If you get chance to pick up this months copy of Yorkshire Living magazine, there's a great write up of some training I did, with journalist Natalya Wilson, using Power Plate at York Wellness Clinic in Fulford, York.
Natalya was already a regular gym user and swapped her resistance training sessions in the gym with two sessions a week on Power Plate for two months. In this time Natalya lost almost three inches from the waist and found a noticeable difference in muscle tone, especially the arms and buttocks. Body fat also reduced by around 4%.
As someone that was initially sceptical about the claims made about vibration training, I only became a convert myself when I tried the machine at a fitness conference a year ago. Since then I've gained many hours experience working with clients and attending training courses and am constantly becoming even more impressed with the results I am getting with people using Power Plate both at the studio in Fulford and with personal training clients at Galtres Fitness Centre, Easingwold.
