Nordic Weight Loss

Nordic Walking is a great form of exercise for weight loss. Not only does it burn around 40% more calories than ordinary walking, classes can also incorporate resistance exercises to fire up your metabolism and get you burning more calories even when you're not exercising. On top of that, Nordic Walking is something you can do in groups or on your own, adds more purpose to walking and is a great fun, outdoor activity that will leave you feeling fantastic.
